Job summary

Flexport in Dublin is seeking an Account Executive to launch our Ireland territory and own end-to-end, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals that shape our go‑to‑market strategy. You will establish the first enterprise relationships, working with executive stakeholders to deliver differentiated logistics solutions for Irish customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise‑level sales cycles with quota attainment.
• Proven ability to close large multi‑stakeholder deals with long cycles.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.
• Advanced discovery, negotiation and value-based selling skills.
• High degree of autonomy and strategic judgment.
• Deep knowledge of Irish market and local business landscape.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deal strategy for complex opportunities, including stakeholder mapping and close plans.
• Lead executive-level discovery to understand enterprise supply chain strategy and objectives.
• Design integrated Flexport solutions aligned to customer priorities and outcomes.
• Orchestrate internal stakeholders to progress deals efficiently.
