Morgan McKinley is partnering with a renowned global retailer to appoint an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Ireland. The role is highly autonomous, advising managers and guiding complex ER matters across the Irish business.

The successful candidate will coach managers, manage challenging ER and WRC cases, and partner with senior stakeholders. Retail experience is advantageous but not essential, with a track record of independent, pragmatic ER

Qualifications

• Significant ER experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong WRC case handling experience.
• Ability to build relationships with managers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert advice to managers on complex Employee Relations matters from issue to resolution.
• Manage and support WRC cases, preparing managers and representing the company as required.
• Partner with Store and Business Managers, offering practical advice and challenging where appropriate.
• Support organisational change, performance management, and other people initiatives.
• Develop manager capability through coaching, training, and ER toolkits.
