Job summary

Medtronic in Ireland is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to guide managers and staff through complex ER matters in a large, unionized environment. Based at Galway/Athlone, you will advise on disciplinary, grievance, performance issues and develop ER strategies aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 8 degree in HR or Legal.
• 4+ years HR experience in a cross-functional org.
• Experience in a unionized environment is advantageous.
• Fluent in English with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on employee and labour relations issues.
• Influence managers on disciplinary, grievance, performance management.
• Develop ER policies, trainings, and communications.
• Lead preparations for WRC/legal matters.
• Analyze ER data and design proactive strategies.
