Job summary

ProcessUnity, Inc. is seeking a remote Implementation Consultant to join the Customer Success team in Ireland or the United Kingdom. You will configure ProcessUnity software for clients, lead multiple implementations, and translate requirements into capabilities while interfacing with sales, support, and engineering.

Main onboarding and mentorship will ensure you gain deep product knowledge and grow into client-facing responsibilities within Services.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Based in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
• 5+ years professional experience in client-facing roles, focusing on software implementation.
• Comfort with software and configuration of software.
• Experience with large data sets, spreadsheets and CSVs.
• Knowledge of database concepts and relational data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Creative problem solving and self-starting teamwork.
• Salesforce administration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure ProcessUnity’s software applications for customers using an enablement/teaching approach.
• Lead, manage and coordinate multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Gather customer requirements and translate to ProcessUnity’s capabilities.
• Develop and deliver deep product and technical expertise to ProcessUnity customers.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions, product training and other strategic initiatives as needed.
• Provide a mixture of remote and onsite customer implementation workshops.
• Consult with customers on system configuration based on product and industry best practices.
• Facilitate touch points and status meetings with customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, project standards and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain working knowledge of ProcessUnity solutions, platform features and best practices.
