Job summary

ProcessUnity, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to drive client implementations of our risk and compliance platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage projects for new and existing customers with a focus on quality and on-time delivery. The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering complex software implementations for external clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience on customer-facing software implementations.
• Experience leading large, external-client software implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and emotional intelligence for client trust.
• Technical ability to understand ProcessUnity platform and map to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple high-profile client implementations and internal projects to timely delivery.
• Be primary client contact during implementation, building relationships for long-term success.
• Create and execute project plans with tasks, dependencies and timelines.
• Align customer objectives with system capabilities and guide strategic decisions.
• Track risks, timelines and budgets, communicating with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Implementation Consultants for seamless execution and strategy alignment.
• Lead executive status meetings with customers and communicate clearly.
• Manage scope changes and develop contingency plans to mitigate risk.
• Apply PM best practices and contribute to process improvements.
