Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist to drive end-to-end implementation for enterprise customers. You will collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations to deliver a thoughtful, timely rollout.

In this remote-first role, you will manage multi-step configurations, integrations, and change management while ensuring strong customer relationships and value realization. Travel <10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing and executing multiple complex implementations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to manage end-to-end onboarding projects and align stakeholders.
• Experience working in a remote-first setup with travel &lt;10% as needed.
• Strong understanding of configurable B2B SaaS products and integrations.
• Proactive customer advocate throughout the implementation period.
• Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute implementation plans to ensure positive customer experience and value.
