Job summary

Procore Technologies in Dublin or London is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Success & Solutions Engineering EMEA to lead a regional organization of managers, CSEs, solution engineers and value engineers, aligning post-sales and pre-sales to maximize customer value.

You will own strategic plans, track KPIs, partner with Product leadership, oversee handovers from services, and travel as needed across the EMEA region to scale teams and deliver continued revenue growth in a fast-paced, hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Proven experience leading post-sales teams (CS Engineering, TAMs or similar) in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience scaling teams across multiple European markets.
• Track record of starting or scaling new teams or markets.
• Exposure to AI tools delivering customer value.
• Experience managing change during high-growth phases.
• Strong value-based leadership and executive relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional organization of Managers, CSEs, Solution Engineers, Solution Specialists, and Value Engineers.
• Drive CSE to maximize customer lifetime value through adoption strategies and risk mitigation.
• Oversee Solutions Engineering to define customer value and articulate platform benefits.
• Ensure smooth handover from Professional Services and Project Management for deployments.
• Maintain strategic relationships with key customer contacts across regions.
• Manage KPIs, milestones, and long-term goals for revenue growth and margins.
• Forecast at-risk accounts and develop retention execution plans.
• Collaborate with Product leadership for a feedback loop with customers.
• Create a learning environment to attract, retain, and scale top talent.
