Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, including ecommerce projects.

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop Project Managers, providing coaching and support.

What You’ll Do

• Take projects from initial agreement through delivery and handover.
• Set realistic schedules, agree responsibilities and keep commitments on track.
• Guide and develop Project Managers, providing coaching and support.
• Coordinate workloads and priorities across several projects.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve challenges and maintain momentum.
• Keep leadership informed of progress, costs and decisions requiring their input.
• Manage changes to agreed work, balancing customer needs with available time and resources.
• Establish consistent working practices and improve how projects are planned and delivered.
• Ensure completed work meets customer expectations before handover.

What You’ll Bring

• Five or more years’ experience managing complex technology projects, including direct experience delivering eCommerce projects.
• Experience managing Project Managers or leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• A strong understanding of eCommerce operations and the demands of delivering projects in this environment.
• Confidence working with technical teams and questioning proposals, estimates and delivery assumptions.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets and competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers and senior decision-makers.
• A recognised project management qualification, such as PMP or PRINCE2.

Previous eCommerce project delivery experience is essential.
