Job summary

Quadient seeks a senior leader to own the e-commerce business in Ireland, delivering growth across acquisition, retention and revenue with full P&L accountability. Qualifications

  • Significant experience in e-commerce or commercial leadership, including at least 5 years in a global role.
  • Proven track record of driving online growth with full P&L ownership.
  • Deep data fluency: you know that data drives customer understanding.
  • Experience moving a business from sales-led to digital or self-service models.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge across traffic generation and conversions.
  • Experience owning enterprise e-commerce platforms with ERP/CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Grow e-commerce as a strategic channel and meet quarterly targets.
  • Lead SMB shift to digital-first with self-service onboarding.
  • Own the platform roadmap with IT, MarTech and R&D partners.
  • Build analytics spanning e-commerce, web and mail marketing.
  • Apply AI to personalisation, engagement and performance.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team.
