Job summary

Archer is seeking a Retail Project Manager to lead a major transformation across Ireland. You will own the Smart Ordering initiative, coordinating vendors and IT teams from design to store pilots and phased rollout.

This role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days on-site, a long-term contract, and a daily rate up to €600 as part of a high-impact retail tech transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end IT/software projects in retail.
• Retail background and understanding of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Smart Ordering project.
• Own the Detailed Delivery Plan across design, integration, pilot, rollout and stabilisation.
• Drive collaboration across multiple technology vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Create immediate impact in a leading Irish retail/wholesale group.
