Job summary

CBRE seeks a Senior Manager in Project Management in Ireland to lead a team delivering advanced management services aligned with strategic objectives. You will oversee procurement, planning, tracking and execution, ensure compliance in contracts and closeout, and drive P&L oversight while collaborating with other business lines to meet company goals.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, leadership capability, and strong MS Office skills, with preferred LEED AP, PMP, and CCM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 5–8 years relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and communicate performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset.
• Intermediate math skills and ability to handle financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, oversee training and development, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set work schedules, assign tasks, and track deadlines.
• Oversee all phases of project management including procurement, planning, tracking and execution.
• Ensure procurement, negotiation, execution, administration and closeout are accurate and compliant.
• Monitor billing, AR collection, expenses, staffing and full P&L to EBITDA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other business lines to meet strategic objectives.
• Identify complex project risks and develop mitigation and backup plans.
• Model CBRE RISE values and lead by example.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand broader departmental impact and drive process improvements.
