Job summary

Solas IT Recruitment seeks a Senior Project Manager / PM Team Lead to manage a small PM team and deliver complex ecommerce and integration projects. You will oversee requirements, planning, development, integration, UAT and go-live, with ownership of governance and reporting.

You will coordinate with engineers, commercial teams and external partners, driving issues to resolution. You will mentor PMs, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while balancing priorities and maintaining client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex technical projects.
• Direct line management of Project Managers with coaching experience.
• Experience delivering ecommerce, marketplace, SaaS or integration projects.
• Technical confidence discussing APIs, data flows and dependencies.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and allocate resources.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge clients and leaders.
• Commercial awareness across budgets, scope and delivery capacity.
• PM qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Senior Project Manager / PM Team Lead – eCommerce & Integrations

Are you an experienced technical Project Manager who has directly managed and developed other Project Managers?

Our client is looking for a hands‑on delivery leader to manage a small PM team, oversee a portfolio of eCommerce and marketplace integration projects, and personally deliver key initiatives.

The role

You’ll oversee multiple smaller projects alongside larger, more complex implementations. You’ll bring clear ownership, structure and accountability to delivery, keeping projects moving from requirements and planning through development, integration, UAT and go-live.

You’ll understand how the components of a technical project fit together, including responsibilities across developers, clients and external partners. When an issue arises, you’ll investigate, establish where the problem sits and drive it through to resolution.
