Property Finder, Dubai-based, seeks a strategic Total Rewards leader to own the design and evolution of our reward and performance framework. You will drive Executive Compensation, LTIP, and Sales Incentives, partnering with CPCO, executives and Finance to build scalable, data-driven programs that attract and retain top talent.

You will measure success by impact on performance, talent outcomes, and business results, leading governance and analytics to inform decisions in a fast-growing tech

Formación

• Significant total rewards leadership experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience with executive compensation and RemCo benchmarking and incentive design.
• Deep LTIP/equity compensation knowledge in growth or pre-IPO contexts.
• Experience designing sales incentive/compensation plans.
• Strong understanding of performance management and its link to rewards.
• Strong financial acumen and cost modeling for reward decisions.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to present clear recommendations.
• AI literacy and comfort with AI-enabled reward systems.
• Experience operating in fast-moving environments with evolving programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own Total Rewards strategy and ensure alignment with business goals and talent priorities.
• Translate objectives into reward and performance mechanisms to drive value.
• Leverage data to evaluate ROI of reward programs and propose changes.
• Design scalable reward frameworks for a high-growth, tech-led org.
• Evolve company-wide Performance Management linking performance to rewards.
• Govern Executive Compensation and prepare materials for RemCo and senior leaders.
• Develop Sales Incentive Plans tied to revenue growth and strategic priorities.
• Create dashboards connecting reward investment, performance, retention and outcomes.
• Oversee annual merit and variable pay cycles and collaborate on budgeting.
