Job summary

You will lead international salary structures, bonuses, and equity-related pay, partnering with Finance, Legal, Mobility, and HR to ensure governance, compliance, and credible market positioning across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of international compensation or Total Rewards experience.
• Experience leading complex global compensation programs across multiple markets outside the United States.
• Knowledge of international pay, currency, tax, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define international strategy and governance for compensation.
• Lead the design and delivery of salary ranges, premiums, and incentive programs outside the US.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Mobility, and HR to ensure compliant, market-credible programs.
