Job summary

Presidio seeks a strategic Director of Sales Compensation in Ireland to lead design, administration, and delivery of sales incentive compensation across multiple programs. You will partner with Finance, Sales Leadership, HR, and Operations to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices while modernizing the function with automation and AI-enabled tooling.

You will manage a commissions team, own monthly to annual cycles, and influence plan design and benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in sales compensation or sales finance, including people-management.
• Experience administering sales incentive plans in technology or professional services environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual commission and bonus cycles.
• Design, benchmark, and document compensation plans with HR and Finance.
• Build dashboards and reports to measure plan performance and ROI.
