Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking an experienced Compensation Partner to lead compensation for international locations as the company builds a global presence. You will adapt a global framework to local markets, ensuring competitive, compliant pay programs across regions.

You will partner with regional teams and the Total Rewards group to drive strategy, budget modeling, benchmarking, and cycle execution, while handling currency considerations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Needs deep experience in compensation across multiple countries/regions.
• Familiarity with international compensation practices and regulatory landscape.
• Experience localizing global compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own international compensation for multiple markets, building scalable processes.
• Adapt global framework for local market practice and legal requirements.
• Serve as strategic partner to leadership, People Partners and recruiting.
• Manage end-to-end comp cycle execution for international employees.
