Job summary

TD SYNNEX Ireland is seeking a Senior Director to lead the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the business division. You will influence company strategy, build executive-level partnerships, and inspire high‑performing teams to deliver results with accountability.

You will work with European leadership, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and maximise profitability in a rapidly evolving IT channel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with full P&L ownership and commercial accountability.
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Experience building and managing executive-level customer and vendor relationships.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of business planning, forecasting, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own full divisional P&L performance, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Set and deliver the strategic direction for your business unit(s) in partnership with European leadership teams.
• Shape business strategy through market insight, commercial expertise, and strong leadership.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key vendors, customers, and channel partners.
• Lead annual operating planning and ensure delivery against agreed business objectives.
• Develop and execute vendor business plans that drive growth and market share.
• Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to capitalise on emerging trends.
• Influence purchasing, sales, and pricing strategies to maximise business performance.
• Act as the senior escalation point for vendors and strategic business partners.
• Increase visibility and profile of the business unit both internally and externally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, including board-level leaders.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams that deliver outstanding results.
• Champion innovation and contribute new ideas that enhance strategic and operational performance.
