Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale Data Centre projects or portfolios.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and commercial leadership.
• Experience winning work and growing client relationships.
• Strong leadership and mentoring of teams.
• Deep understanding of Irish and European Data Centre markets.
• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strategic, commercially minded leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data Centre sector strategy for Ireland, aligned to European objectives.
• Own the full P&L for the Ireland Data Centre business, ensuring strong financial performance.
• Act as the accountable Cost Centre Lead for the Ireland Data Centre business, with responsibility for performance and resources.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction across the Ireland Data Centre business.
• Drive growth initiatives and market expansion in line with objectives.
• Shape and deliver priorities aligned with the European Data Centre sector vision.
• Report on sector performance against plans, budgets and objectives.
• Act as an executive sponsor for key projects and client relationships.
