You will recruit, develop, and retain high-calibre professionals, oversee onboarding, and ensure ROI metrics guide strategic decisions and daily execution.

Qualifications

• Commercial/Sales leadership experience, including managing teams and delivering results.
• Proven track record of driving transformational change in sales.
• Experience collaborating across complex organisations to deliver sales transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the Country sales enablement strategy aligned with commercial objectives and European direction.
• Develop roadmaps and standardise processes to enable frontline sales and sales management.
• Build ROI metrics and provide data, tools and insights to improve sales performance.
