Johnson & Johnson in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland seeks a Senior Director, IMSC Global Strategic Deployment to own and mature Global Strategic Programs. You will lead a global team, set strategy, secure funding, and ensure on-time delivery of complex initiatives across the supply chain and business lines.

The role requires 12+ years in program management, an MBA preferred, and a proven ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Supply Chain or Engineering required.
• MBA, or equivalent, highly preferred.
• 12+ years of experience leading a portfolio of Programs / Projects delivering results and outcomes including direct and indirect people management.
• Experience creating and delivering end-to-end strategy across supply chain.
• Proven track record of influence, tradeoffs, decision making and collaboration at executive level.
• People leadership experience and strong talent development skills, mobilization & management of global teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading a global team with responsibility for all aspects of Global Strategic Program Execution.
• Accountable for the visible and efficient delivery of complex and often ambiguous Global End-to-End Programs.
• Setting the vision and strategic value for the GSP team, aligning priorities with IMSC objectives and enterprise value.
• Overseeing portfolio execution, dashboards and reporting, and post-implementation ownership to ensure outcomes.
• Serving as escalation point for cross-functional barriers and drive accountability at senior levels.
• Providing oversight of portfolio interdependencies, risks and milestones to ensure realistic plans.
• Building cross-functional partnerships for robust business case development and execution plans.
• Securing sponsorship, funding, and capacity to enable disciplined decision-making.
