Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to drive end-to-end supply chain improvements and support S&OP across multiple sites. Based at multiple locations including Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland, the role focuses on advanced planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory and service levels.

The successful candidate will leverage ERP tools (SAP/JDE/APO/OMP) and analytics to model scenarios, coordinate with external suppliers, and lead continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minor in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) years of working experience and five (5) years of related experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business Analytics, and/or Supply Chain Management.

Responsabilités

• Drive continuous improvements in the end-to-end supply chain via value stream mapping and data analysis.
• Support the process to integrate new externally manufactured products into S&OP with scenario analyses.
• Build and analyze statistical models to support master scheduling, capacity planning, and scenario planning across suppliers and brands.
