Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to be based in Cork, Ireland. The role focuses on scenario planning, capacity and inventory management, and cross-functional alignment across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in Demand/ Supply Planning or related analytics, with strong MRP/ERP (SAP/JDE/APO/OMP) knowledge and Lean/Six Sigma exposure. This position offers opportunities across multiple countries and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minor in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
• Six years of working experience with at least five years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business Analytics, or SCM.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end supply chain improvements via Value Stream Mapping and data analysis to inform tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Support integration of new externally manufactured products into S&OP with scenario analyses and contingency planning.
• Build and analyze complex statistical models to optimize master scheduling, scheduling, capacity planning, and scenarios across suppliers.
• Utilize planning systems to extract key data for business decisions.
• Advise External Operations management on status of business and projects.
• Communicate issues or opportunities to next management level.
• Ensure subordinates comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and have resources needed.
• Ensure personal and company compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
