Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, IMSC Global Strategic Deployment to lead Global Strategic Programs across the GSP framework. The role may be based in the United States (Titusville, Raritan, Horsham), Switzerland (Zug), Belgium (Beerse), or Ireland (Cork) with a hybrid on-site requirement and up to 25% travel.

You will own program delivery from intake to handover, set governance, secure funding, manage resources, and ensure outcomes align with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Supply Chain or Engineering required.
• MBA or equivalent highly preferred.
• 12+ years leading a portfolio of programs/projects delivering results.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering end-to-end strategy across supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team responsible for Global Strategic Program Execution per the GSP Framework.
• Set vision and strategic value for the GSP team, aligning priorities with objectives.
• Oversee portfolio execution, value realization, dashboards and post-implementation ownership.
• Escalate cross-functional barriers; influence senior leaders and committees.
• Manage dependencies, risks, plans and milestones with realistic execution.
• Build cross-functional partnerships for robust business case development and funding.
• Ensure GSP resources are included in business and strategic plans.
• Deliver data, metrics and analytics integrated with IM Portfolio Management.
