Johnson & Johnson in Cork, Ireland, seeks a Transcend: Innovative Medicine Deployment Manager for a hybrid role based in Cork. The position leads global ERP deployment planning, governance, and cross-functional execution, with up to 35% travel and on-site presence at least three days per week.

Required: 6+ years in PM/Program Management, ERP deployment experience, and strong stakeholder communication; pharma/regulatory experience preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in Project/Program Management.
• Experience with an ERP deployment and/or business transformation.
• Knowledge of Contracting, Pricing, and Billing a plus.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or related leadership roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across matrixed teams.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare regulatory environments preferred.
