Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, finance, or operations.
• 8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience leading complex direct-material sourcing and supplier transitions.
• Strong ability to negotiate and implement external-manufacturing agreements.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead completion and execution of external-manufacturing agreements.
• Onboard external manufacturers and align master data and interfaces.
• Define future models for suppliers and materials; ensure continuity.
• Coordinate transfer planning across equipment, validation, and ramp-up.
• Govern cost models, capital enablement, and risk management.
