Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Senior Director, IMSC Global Strategic Deployment to lead a global portfolio of end-to-end programs. You will drive strategy, governance, and execution across cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, align priorities with enterprise objectives, manage sponsorship and funding, and ensure robust measurement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Supply Chain or Engineering.
• MBA or equivalent highly preferred.
• 12+ years leading a portfolio of programs/projects and managing global teams.
• Experience delivering end-to-end strategy across supply chain.
• Proven ability to influence at executive level and manage cross-functional priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team responsible for Global Strategic Program Execution.
• Set vision and strategic value for the GSP team and align priorities with objectives.
• Oversee portfolio execution, value realization, dashboards and reporting.
• Provide escalation point for barriers and influence senior leaders to resolve priorities.
• Ensure robust data, metrics and analytics tied to execution and integration.
