Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, IMO for the Transcend program in Cork, Ireland, with hybrid work and global relocation options. You will assess interdependencies, coordinate with SAP-enabled supply chain teams, and maintain governance frameworks across IM portfolios.

You will drive end-to-end intake, routing, and reporting while partnering with global teams to influence roadmap decisions and deployment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6+ years in supply chain or transformation.
• Functional SAP background with end-to-end SC processes experience.
• Strong data, process, and governance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, route, assess and decide interdependencies across IM portfolios.
• Lead functional impact assessments with process owners and SMEs.
• Maintain the IMO register with data quality and status updates.
• Prepare scorecards and status reporting for Transcend forums.
• Automate intake, routing and reporting with Power BI/AI tools.
