Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex ServiceNow engagements in Ireland. You will oversee delivery from governance through customer outcomes, coordinating across consulting teams, partners and client stakeholders.

Remote work with client or office attendance as required, with travel possible. You will own delivery across a portfolio, manage resourcing and invoicing, establish governance, and guide solution design and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex ServiceNow engagements from governance to outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management across clients and partners.
• Experience with resourcing, scheduling and invoicing in a professional services context.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across a portfolio of ServiceNow engagements, tracking SOW commitments, milestones, utilisation, risks and financial performance.
• Act as a key customer contact for resourcing, scheduling, invoicing and delivery matters.
• Establish governance, manage RIDAC actions, identify scope or resourcing issues and support change processes.
• Coordinate consultant onboarding, scheduling and engagement health across multiple projects.
• Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Delivery and Practice teams to support forecasting and accurate invoicing.
• Guide technical delivery across ServiceNow workflows, integrations and solution design, with exposure to AI-enabled processes.
