Job summary

ServiceNow in Ireland seeks a Senior Employee Relations (ER) Partner to advise managers and HRBPs on performance management and employee relations across the enterprise. You will lead investigations, mitigate risk, support redundancy projects, and drive global consistency with COEs and the Global Employment Law team.

You will coach managers, oversee ER case management, and partner with HRBPs to design initiatives that improve the employee experience, while maintaining objectivity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in employment law or related field preferred
• 5+ years of Employee Relations experience
• Experience leading investigations and performance-management initiatives
• Strong knowledge of employment laws in the EMEA region
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with Works Councils, Unions, or Labour Relations bodies
• Ability to deliver data-driven insights and maintain objectivity under pressure
• Proven ability to coach managers and partner with HRBPs across regions

Responsibilities
