Job summary

Gazelle Global Consulting Limited is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for Ireland on a 1-Year Contract to lead complex ServiceNow engagements from delivery oversight to customer outcomes.

You will coordinate across consulting teams, partners and client stakeholders, manage governance, resourcing, invoicing and forecast accuracy, and guide technical delivery across ServiceNow workflows and integrations, with exposure to AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow expertise across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM
• Experience leading engagement governance and delivery oversight
• Strong stakeholder management and financial governance

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across a portfolio of ServiceNow engagements, tracking SOW commitments, milestones, utilisation, risks and financial performance.
• Act as a key customer contact for resourcing, scheduling, invoicing and delivery matters.
• Establish governance, manage RIDAC actions, identify scope or resourcing issues and support change processes.
• Coordinate consultant onboarding, scheduling and engagement health across multiple projects.
• Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Delivery and Practice teams to support forecasting and accurate invoicing.
• Guide technical delivery across ServiceNow workflows, integrations and solution design, with exposure to AI-enabled processes.
