Prosperity, a Dublin-based digital agency, seeks a Senior Digital Project Manager to own delivery across major client accounts. You will lead a ~12–13 person multidisciplinary team in a largely remote role with one day/week onsite in Dublin and oversee complex web/app programmes.

You will manage budgets, scope, and stakeholder communication, driving commercial discipline and high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving agency environment.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years delivering complex digital projects, ideally in an agency or consultancy.
• Experience with enterprise-scale websites, web apps or digital products.
• Directly interfacing with senior clients in a service-led environment.
• Strong Agile delivery across Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches.
• Hands-on Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews.
• Ability to estimate projects and prepare commercial quotations.
• Experience tracking delivery against budgets, hours and scope.
• Proven capability to manage multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and client-relationship skills.
• Based in Ireland and prepared to attend Dublin meetings.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise web and app projects.
• Be the senior day-to-day lead for a major client relationship.
• Coordinate teams across engineering, UX, UI, BA, QA and more.
• Manage delivery with internal, external and third-party resources.
• Run Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews.
• Manage epics, user stories, priorities and backlogs.
• Define requirements with client stakeholders and translate into plans.
• Lead discovery, scoping and delivery plans for new work.
• Prepare quotes and delivery plans; monitor budgets and hours.
• Identify scope changes and commercially assess requirements.
• Maintain visibility of project financials, utilization and performance.
• Mitigate risks and dependencies; address issues promptly.
• Ensure timelines, quality and commercial objectives are met.
• Provide clear communication to senior stakeholders.
• Navigate scope trade-offs and maintain strong relationships.
• Support monthly billing and capacity planning in a multi-vendor setup.
• Uphold governance and project documentation standards.
