Job summary

Elwood Roberts is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to enable effective delivery across Agile teams within a digital transformation environment in Dublin 2. You will embed quickly into an established team, bring structure and momentum to delivery, and operate confidently in an evolving landscape where requirements continue to emerge.

You will own end-to-end delivery of initiatives, define plans, milestones, risks and dependencies with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement using

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Delivery Management in Ireland or UK.
• Strong experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in evolving environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach to delivery.
• Experience with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ideally you will hold Project Management certificates.

• Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring outcomes are met on time and to quality
• Define delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies with stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement using delivery metrics and insights
• Manage delivery risks/dependencies and elevate appropriately
• Act as key point of contact for delivery-related stakeholder queries
• You must be comfortable with urgency/ad-hoc task volume or onsite commitment

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to enable effective delivery across Agile teams within a digital transformation environment. You will embed quickly into an established team, bring structure and momentum to delivery, and operate confidently in an evolving environment where requirements continue to emerge.

We are looking for people with the following experience:

• 3+ years' experience in Delivery Management in Ireland or UK.
• Strong experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in evolving environments
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach to delivery
• Experience with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams and responding to urgent, shifting priorities
• Ideally you will hold Project Management certificates
