Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Senior Success Guide for Data Cloud/Agentforce who speaks Italian to guide customers and maximize the value of Data Cloud and Agentforce. You will work with Premier and Signature customers, provide expert coaching, and help customers realize ROI through strategic adoption.

You will collaborate across global teams, mentor others, and act as a trusted advisor to drive measurable product adoption and customer success.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry.
• Fluent Italian speaker.
• Bachelor’s Degree; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted Data Cloud or Agentforce subject-matter expert for the broader Success Guide organization, including an understanding of how Data Cloud relates and supports the success of AI and vice versa.
• Engage with Premier and Signature customers both reactively and proactively to enable, advise, and optimize current Data Cloud and Agentforce usage.
• Build strong relationships with both internal and external business stakeholders.
• Drive thought leadership, when possible, through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
