Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join our Global CRM team in Dublin. You will design data-driven CRM strategies to boost activation, retention, upsell, and monetization across Web3 products, with a hands-on approach and strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead lifecycle campaigns, leverage AI/ML personalization and gamification, and deliver dashboards to track DAU/MAU, ARPU, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 8years+ experience in online retention marketing with gamification and loyalty programs
• Data-driven professional with strong analytics
• Experience collaborating with multiple departments (marketing, product, technical, creative)

Responsibilities

• Design data-driven lifecycle strategies including gamification to drive activation, retention, upsell and churn management.
• Lead CRM campaigns with cross-functional teams to ensure impactful, aligned communication.
• Map and optimize customer journeys for seamless funnel conversion and higher engagement.
• Focus on KPIs like DAU/MAU, ARPU, retention and conversion using data-driven insights.
• Lead A/B testing to evaluate and refine campaigns for ROI.
• Own campaign execution from ideation to delivery with high quality results.
• Leverage AI/ML to enhance targeting, segmentation and real-time engagement.
• Drive loyalty through gamification and innovative customer experiences.
• Prepare dashboards to track CRM performance and enable data-driven decisions.
• Automate tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with data engineering and MarTech to ensure accurate CRM data pipelines and CDP workflows.
• Stay informed on crypto market trends to refine CRM strategy.
