Job summary

Enterprise Ireland is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead client-side technical delivery for the LCES CRM platform, coordinating with Local Enterprise Offices and a technology partner.

You will manage planning, budgeting and risk, ensure data migration and testing readiness, and report progress to governance forums, with a focus on secure, scalable SaaS solutions.

The role is based in East Point, Dublin, on a permanent contract with a closing date of 13 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading client-side IT delivery for large-scale CRM projects.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong governance, risk and change management capabilities.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform or similar CRM tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side delivery and assurance for the CRM platform, coordinating with EI, LEOs and delivery partner.
• Manage design, build, data migration, testing and go-live activities with stakeholders.
• Oversee risk, budgets, RAID log and reporting to governance forums.
• Ensure CRM platform remains secure, compliant and fit for purpose post-implementation.
