Job summary

Enterprise Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate delivery of the Client Portal and SaaS-based CRM platform. You will work with the Department Manager, Technology Transformation Delivery to align technical delivery with objectives, timelines and budget.

The role requires proven delivery coordination across internal teams and external partners, excellent stakeholder engagement, risk management and governance reporting to ensure successful transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-workstream technology delivery projects.
• Proven ability to manage SaaS CRM platforms and client portals.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with budgeting, risk, and change control in complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control delivery of the Client Portal and CRM Platform, aligned to scope, budget, timeline and governance.
• Coordinate internal and external workstream leads to maintain integrated project plans.
• Engage with business stakeholders and delivery partners to achieve programme outcomes.
• Provide delivery assurance through risk management, issue tracking and governance reporting.
• Support readiness activities across design, testing, deployment and transition to service.
