Qualifications

• The Senior IT Project Manager will act as client-side technical delivery and assurance lead for planning, implementation, deployment, support, maintenance and change management of a SaaS-based CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-side technical delivery and assurance for CRM platform within the LCES programme.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, budget, resources and RAID log; report to governance forums.
