Job summary

AuxiliaGroup is recruiting a Delivery Project Manager – ERP in Dublin. The role carries end-to-end accountability for ERP implementations, upgrades and improvement programmes, with hybrid working.

You will drive projects through design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, deployment and stabilisation, coordinating consultants and customer teams to meet scope, schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ project-management experience with ERP implementations or similar business systems.
• Track record delivering complex projects from design through go-live.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources and customer outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of the ERP lifecycle including data migration and training.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end accountability for ERP implementations, upgrades and improvements.
• Deliver projects against defined scope, schedule, budget, quality and outcomes.
• Translate contractual commitments into delivery plans with resources.

Auxilia Group Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Delivery Project Manager – ERP on behalf of our client operating in the technology industry. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. The role will offer a hybrid working model.

Role:

• Take end-to-end accountability for ERP implementations, upgrades and improvement programmes.
  
• Take direct accountability for delivering projects against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality and customer outcomes.
  
• Translate contractual commitments and customer requirements into realistic, resource-loaded delivery plans.
  
• Drive projects through design, configuration, development, data migration, testing, training, deployment and stabilisation.
  
• Coordinate functional consultants, technical resources, customer teams and third-party providers.
  
• Act as the principal point of delivery accountability for the customer.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ project-management experience, including end-to-end responsibility for ERP implementations, upgrades or comparable business-system programmes.
  
• A demonstrable record of bringing complex customer projects through implementation and go-live.
  
• Experience directly managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, quality and customer outcomes.
  
• Strong knowledge of the ERP lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, development, data migration, testing, training, cutover and stabilisation.
  
• Evidence of recovering projects or resolving significant delivery, resource, customer or commercial issues.
