Qualifikationen

• Essential – Bachelor’s degree in Quantity surveying.
• Preferred 3–5 years’ experience developing project cost proposals for multiple construction projects for large clients.
• Preferred 3–5 years’ experience on fast-track office fit-out, commercial refurbishment and M&E upgrade projects.
• Preferred experience in cost proposal development for projects with technical engineering content or semiconductor environments.
• Preferred experience in general finance management and strong negotiation capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead the procurement and bid management function for a large 3-year program of multiple small construction projects in Ireland.
• Manage processes to ensure Costs of Works are at or below market rates.
• Oversee project cost estimating, contractor selection, bidding and procurement, and cost benchmarking.
• Develop budgets, review client proposals, and negotiate terms with contractors.
• Maintain cost reporting, Change Order process and KPI governance across the program.
