Job summary

Carron + Walsh, part of the global Tetra Tech network, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost planning, procurement, and financial control on a diverse Irish project portfolio. You will manage cost certainty, value, and risk across the full lifecycle, partnering with clients and multidisciplinary teams to achieve robust financial outcomes.

Based in Ireland, you will operate from Cork, Dublin, or Waterford with majority office-based work and some schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying with 5+ years PQE in Irish construction.
• Member or working towards membership of SCSI or RICS.
• Proven cost planning, procurement, and contract administration experience.
• Experience with cost management software; knowledge of sustainability practices or ICMS reporting advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver robust cost management across the full project lifecycle.
