Responsibilities

• Lead cost management on office fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Prepare cost plans, track budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Run tender processes – prepare documents, analyse bids, select contractors.
• Report costs clearly to clients and manage changes to budgets.
• Assist in setting up processes and templates for the Irish cost management team.
• Support business development and write proposals for larger projects.
