Job summary

BNY invites a Senior Specialist to join Corporate Trust, Client Service in Dublin. You will oversee CLOs and loan portfolios, ensuring high client experience, while engaging with clients for timely execution and robust reporting.

The role requires strong client management, detailed review of deal documents, and collaboration with Front Office and Global Group Managers to drive service quality and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Trust or related in financial markets/securities industry (with specific experience in the role of facility/security agent)
• Strong Client Management Experience and Ability to review deal governing documents
• Experience in Loans (syndicated, bi-lateral, real estate) very desirable
• Solid understanding of the product(s) administered by the group and thorough understanding of risk management and control practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CLOs and loan portfolios to maintain high client experience levels
• Manage cash & trade operations and engage with clients for timely execution and reporting
• Collaborate with Lead Manager and Group Manager on work status and process improvements
• Partner with Front Office Relationship Managers and internal teams to resolve issues
• Participate in client meetings, ensure minutes are accurate and follow-up items closed
• Develop staff through training on client and deal-specific requirements
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and strengthen controls
