U.S. Bank is seeking a CLO Deal Administration Team Manager to lead a specialist team handling CLOs, Private Credit and Loan Funds from its Dublin office.

The role requires strong leadership, risk controls, and a track record of delivering within SLAs, with responsibilities across onboarding, reconciliations, settlements, and client servicing in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Financial Services within a similar role.
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for managing and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational activities of the CLO Deal Administration team by planning and scheduling deliverables.
• Monitor team performance against SLAs, KPIs, and quality measures.
• Oversee a portfolio of CLO, Private Credit, and Loan Fund clients with service-level adherence.
• Maintain oversight of daily portfolio reporting, reconciliations, and settlements.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives focused on process optimisation and automation.
