Job summary

BNY is seeking a CLO Reporting Analyst to join the Corporate Trust team in Dublin. You will own portfolio compliance and waterfall models, and deliver high-quality first-draft reports to Client Service Managers on schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a finance degree, with CLO/structured finance experience preferred, strong analytical skills in financial modeling, and proficiency in VBA and SQL. The role offers a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in finance.
• Experience in CLO, structured finance, or fixed-income reporting is preferred.
• Experience in an analytical role such as financial modeling, valuation models, or data analytics.
• Proficiency in VBA and SQL is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own and run portfolio compliance and waterfall models, and deliver quality first-draft reports to Client Service Managers in line with agreed timelines.
• Liaise with clients to agree test results, including discussions and alignment on inputs and parameters impacting tests.
• Resolve basic modelling issues identified during the reporting cycle and collaborate with Analytics on significant model changes.
• Engage Position Services to resolve exceptional data issues and ensure smooth communication between Position Servicing and Client Service Managers.
• Analyze and incorporate client and auditor feedback on test results and model outputs.
