Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Controls Technician 3 to provide technical support for equipment engineers in the scale-up of manufacturing for Dexcom CGM products. You will work with pneumatic, electro/mechanical, PLCs, and robotic systems in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Level 6/7 qualification and a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Test performance of electro-mechanical assemblies, using test equipment.
• Operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment and vision systems.
• Analyse and record test results, and prepare written documentation.
• Perform operational test and fault isolation on automated systems and equipment.
• Carry out activities in equipment development under supervision of the project engineer.
• Follow Dexcom's Safety and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) program.
