Job summary

Dexcom seeks a Controls Technician 3 for 12‑hour night shifts (7pm–7am) on a rotating schedule to support equipment engineers in scaling manufacturing for Dexcom products. You will test and troubleshoot electro‑mechanical systems, operate robotic equipment, and document results within a high‑volume CGM manufacturing environment.

Qualifications include a Level 6/7 qualification and 4–6 years of related experience, with experience in PLCs, pneumatics, and packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Level 6/7 qualification and a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Test performance of electro-mechanical assemblies using test equipment.
• Operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment and vision systems.
• Analyse and record test results and prepare documentation.
• Follow Dexcom’s Safety and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) program.
• Update equipment related documentation (manuals, drawings, specifications).
