Job summary

Dexcom is hiring for a Front End Night Shift role based in Ireland. You will retrieve and analyse engineering data, test electro-mechanical assemblies, and operate robotic systems to support CGM technology development.

The role requires problem-solving skills, experience with Minitab/Tableau, IQs and OQs, and a Level 6/7 qualification with 2–4 years of related experience. Strong documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in problem-solving methodologies (e.g., A3s, 5 whys).
• Experience with Minitab and Tableau.
• Experience supporting IQs and OQs.
• Typically requires a Level 6/7 qualification and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical/engineering documents.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and analyse engineering data such as yield performance results.
• Test performance of electro-mechanical assemblies using test equipment.
• Operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment and vision systems.
• Analyse and record test results, and prepare written documentation.
• Perform operational test and fault isolation on automated systems and equipment.
• Support equipment development under supervision of the project engineer.
