Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Controls Technician 3 to provide technical support for equipment and automation in the scale-up of manufacturing for Dexcom products. You will collaborate with engineering and outside suppliers to meet equipment specs and timelines.

The role requires a Level 6/7 qualification and 4–6 years of related experience, with a focus on PLCs, pneumatics and robotics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Level 6/7 qualification and a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with schematics, diagrams, and plans to perform testing, checkout and troubleshooting.
• Test performance of electro-mechanical assemblies using test equipment.
• Experience with PLCs, pneumatics, electromechanical systems and robotic systems in high-volume manufacturing.
• Operate, test, or maintain robotic equipment and vision systems.
• Analyse and record test results and prepare documentation.
