Job summary

E‑Frontiers is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee delivery of projects in County Clare. You will take overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, programme adherence, and quality while coordinating subcontractors and labour. Strong leadership and HSE expertise are essential.

You will manage projects from commencement to handover, liaising with clients, consultants and the management team to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in construction, with significant Site Manager duties.
• Proven track record delivering projects for a main building contractor.
• Experience managing commercial, residential, industrial or public-sector projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and delivery.
• Excellent understanding of Irish Health & Safety legislation.
• Good understanding of Building Regulations and BCAR requirements.
• Strong programme management and organisational skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors, direct labour and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and contracts documentation.
• Commercial awareness and cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and coordination of site operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget, to high quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, direct labour, consultants and client representatives.
• Drive project delivery from commencement through to handover.
• Lead planning and scheduling to meet programme milestones.
