Job summary

Ward Personnel presents a Site Manager opportunity for a major building project in Limerick City and County. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate the labour force and subcontractors, and work with the project team to keep the programme on track.

The role requires site management experience on construction projects in Ireland or the UK, a track record of delivering projects from start to finish, and the right to work in the EU.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management on construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to see projects through from start to finish
• Experience working for a main contractor
• From either a trades or professional background
• Right to work in the EU

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.
• Assist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets.
• Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground.

Our client, a top building contractor, requires a Site Manager to look after a building project with a large block of apartments in Limerick City and County.

• Assist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets.
• Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards
